WINTER WEATHER GUARANTEE
We don't want winter to keep you from experiencing the wonder of King Kong. If you purchased a ticket for any performance through March 17, and snow prevents you from getting to the theatre, you can exchange it for any other performance currently on sale (as long as there are still available seats). Just keep an eye on the forecast, and be sure to make your exchange before noon on the day of the original performance. Here's how:

This policy is only applicable to ticket exchanges for the Broadway production of KING KONG in New York City. Tickets will be refunded and repurchased for seats of equal value. Exchanges will be valued at the same price as the original face value of the ticket purchased. A guest may choose a performance or section that costs more than his or her original purchase and pay the difference; originally discounted tickets being exchanged into a non-discounted performance may require additional cost. Winter Weather Guarantee exchange policy is applicable for performances through March 17, 2019 only.
